Apple Casino Apps Error Rectified

Super brand Apple have bowed down to pressure and apologised this weekend, after taking down some of the best casino apps for iPhone from their online app marketplace.

Much to the horror of some of the best UK online casinos, whom all have fab casino apps for iPhones - including the likes of Ladbrokes, Corals, William Hill and Paddy Power - all of which lost their apps this week.

The Apple App Store was understandably inundated with complaints from many of the best UK bookies and, after a review of the situation, have put down the cancellation of casino apps and betting apps as an 'administration error'.

The situation, as confirmed by Apple, was due to the new Gambling Commission licensing deals - whereby the company has asked all gambling and betting apps owners to send in details of their licensing agreements.

What has made the error worse is that Apple had instructed all casino and betting brands to supply their information within a three week deadline - that was met by all.

However the clerical procedure meant that the betting apps were unapproved anyway, costing some of the best UK online casinos and betting sites revenues from new users chacking out their new smartphones, post Christmas rush.
