Bookies Braced For World Cup Draw

Some of the best uk bookies will be bracing themselves as the draw for the 2010 World Cup in South Africa takes place later today.

A total of 32 teams will be entering the hat, with eight already assured of seedings, including England, Spain and Italy.

The 2010 World Cup will be the biggest betting spectacle the world has ever seen, so all eyes will be on Cape Town's International Conference Centre, where the ceremony will take place from 17.00 hours GMT.

England as seeds will avoid many of the big names, but they could be in what is already being described as the Group of Death - where they get drawn against France, Ivory Coast and the USA.

Spain will be looking to follow up their spectacular Euro 2006 win, with a first win in the World Finals, whilst Italy will want to follow up their famous victory in Berlin, last time around.
