First Approved Bingo App Hits These Stores

One of the oldest names in bingo is claiming to be the first operator in the world to have a real money bingo app for iphone approved by the guys at iTunes.

London based bingo operator Mecca Bingo has announced that their brand new iphone bingo app will allow players to play for real cash, thanks to it's Virtue Fusion powered software.

The bingo app, approved by iTunes and on sale right now, lets online bingo fans log into their accounts, play for cash prizes, as well as search for fellow players.

A spokesman for Mecca Bingo said of this new announcement...

'We've focused on the community side of bingo, with customers currently being able to chat to each other online in our bingo rooms. This new bingo app has given us a fantastic opportunity to take this concept one step further with an integrated chat function, allowing players to continue to chat whilst playing bingo wherever they are.'

The gold rush for approved betting apps has hit new highs in the last few weeks, with iphone betting apps coming from the likes of Bwin (for poker), Paddy Power (for sportsbook) and Betfair (for betting exchanges).
