Hills Pushes Mobile Betting In New Ads

The UK's leading real estate and online bookmaker has this week launched their new TV ads for the forth coming football season - concentrating solely on mobile betting.

Northern based bookie William Hill has gone against the normal online betting side of things, deciding instead to focus their efforts on a growing side to their business - that being mobile betting and their very own betting apps for iPhone, iPads and other smartphones and tablets.

As well as extensive TV advertising to push the format, William Hill have also taken a leaf out of Paddy Power's book, by appointing various PR agencies to help back up their campaigns, as they try to corner not only the online betting side of the market, but the burgeoning mobile betting apps side.

William Hill have seen a remarkable turnaround in fortunes over the past five years or so, having played second fiddle to the likes of Ladbrokes for many years. Under the management of Ralph Topping however, the company has grown from strength to strength, seeing them take the retail betting number one spot, as well as online betting.

The new ad will invite sportsbook customers to...

'Get the most popular bets all in one place and up to 200 ways to bet on the match on the William Hill Mobile site. Follow the action and Bet In-Play on the move with The Home of Betting.'

Utilising famous sporting faces from across the sporting spectrum (think Robbie Savage, AP McCoy and Freddie Flintoff) Hills ave also picked up key sporting branding including being betting partner to the FA Cup, as well as the England Football team and Scottish Cups.

Will Hill also has a very successful online casinos site, often touted as one of the best UK casinos online thanks to a deal they did four years ago with online casino software supplier, Playtech - a deal that they have now bought themselves out.
