Isildur1 Loses a Million In Latest Twist

He may have conquered all before him in recent weeks, but luck may have finally caught up with the brand new online poker sensation that is currently hitting the tables at one of the best uk poker rooms, Full Tilt.

Known only as Isildur1 from Sweden, the 23-year-old has recently taken Tom Durrrr Dwan to the cleaners, as well as massive pots against players such as Phil Ivey, Patrik Antonius and Brian Townsend - winning over $3m in cash in little over a fortnight.

However his luck has started to change. Last week he was given the dubious honour of being on the losing side of the world's biggest online poker pot, when Full Tilt Poker's Antonius got his own back and won nearly $879,000 in one hand against him.

The latest action from the felt has seen the Swede crash and burn for another $1m on top, this time to Brian Townsend on the $200/$400 Pot Limit Omaha tables. After one thousand quick fire hands, an untouchable Townsend was a million to the good and despite some good intentions, Isildur1 couldn't peg it back.

To top things off, poker player 'Ziigmund' chipped in with some top action, to mtake another $250,000 off the poker starlet.

This aroused the senses of some pretty big Full Tilt sharks, with the Swedes chip haemorraghing enticing the likes of Tom Dwan, Phil Ivey and David Benyamine to the tables - who managed to lose almost half a million dollars to the enigma before calling it a day.
