Ivey Sues Online Poker Room

With the dust barely settled on what is now known the online poker world over as Black Friday, it has emerged that one of the best poker players in the history of the game is suing the leading protagonist for unsettled payments.

Phil Ivey, at 35 years-old already a huge poker star and one of the best players to have ever lived, is suing his online poker sponsors Full Tilt Poker software provider, Tiltware, for what he says relates to unsettled accounts.

In what was in affect a call to arms for fellow poker players who have suffered since Full Tilt were pounced upon by the FBI in the US, Ivey released a statement that said...

'I am deeply disappointed that Full Tilt players have not been paid money they are owed.'

He continued to be magnanimous in his priviledged position, by controversially stating that he thought it also wrong that he should be able to play in this year's WSOP, whilst other players could not afford to due to Full Tilt's heel dragging.

Full Tilt Poker, along with Poker Stars and Ultimate Bet, were amongst online poker rooms closed by US officials, for breach of the Wire Act.

At the time of going to press, no one from Full Tilt was available for comment.
