Microgaming Swoops For Dark Knight

Leading online casinos software Microgaming has beat the competition to swoop for the online casino games rights to one of Warner Bros best loved mvoies of recent times - The Dark Knight.

The Isle of Man based software firm have signed a deal with DC Comics, which will see the launch of an online casino games based on the classic Dark Knight movie - which starred the late Heath Ledger.

The deal also sees Microgaming launch another, Batman themed game, called The Dark Knight Rises, which is thought to be launched sometime in 2013 - to coincide with the release of the Hollywood blockbuster of the same name.

Microgaming's launch echoes that of online casino software rival Playtech, which in recent times have launched comic book hero casino games such as The Hulk and Superman; and the game will soon be launched in some of the best uk casinos online.

A spokesman for neither Microgaming nor DC Comics were available for comment at the time of going to press.
