Online Casino Based TV Show Warned

One of the most popular gameshows to be beamed onto UK TV screens, based on a popular casino game found at every online casino, has been warned after being accused of 'glamourising' gambling.

ITV gameshow Red or Black, hosted by the popular duo of Ant and Dec and under the watchful guise of Simon Cowell, was hauled in from of the UK Gambling Commission to answer questions on the game's format.

The format of the show is loosely based on Roulette, a casino game that can be played on all of the best UK casinos online.

The charge was that the show made gambling look all to easy and in turn, it could mean viewers playing at online casinos, thinking they can win just as easily.

Rather than ban the show outright, it is believed that the Commission has requested that the show ask it's contestants to show some sort of skill in winning prizes, rather than it be purely down to luck.

A spokesman from neither the Commission, nor the TV production company were available for comment at the time of going to press.
