Online Casino Performance Pleases Party

One of the leading online poker companies and online casinos has released it's latest figures to the city, with mixed fortunes for their leading products.

Gibraltar based Party Gaming has revealed encouraging increases in it's online casino product, but this was tempered bu a fall in both online poker and online bingo revenues - but mainly due to currency rates. Their sportbook enjoyed good success, due to the results enjoyed during this summer's World Cup.

All of this is of course on top of Party Gaming's much publicised merger with Austrian gaming powerhouse Bwin - which is due to complete in Q2 of 2011.

A spokesman for Party Gaming said of these latest results...

'Revenues in the 4th quarter have enjoyed their usual seasonal upturn. Casino has performed particularly stongly with double-digit revenue growth over the third quarter, the uplift in poker has been less pronounced thean usual.

The proposed merger with Bwin remains on-track to complete at the end of the first quarter and (we'll) be in a strong position to take advantage of the changing landscape in Europe'.

Party Gaming's online casino is considered to be one of the best uk casinos online, with a wealth of online slot machines and table games from many software providers.
