Online Casinos Boon For Hills

One of the leading online casinos and betting sites in the world has announced their latest figures to the City - with good growth being experienced by their online gaming division.

Gibraltar based betting behemoth William Hill have posted year-on-year growth of over 24% in their online division -  thanks mainly to their online betting site bringing in more than 110% growth in their betting in running product.

Gaming machines in their 2,000+ shops (or FOBT's as they are known in the business) also added to the bottom line thanks to great growth in the number of playing the fixed odds terminals.

With improvements in their telephone business, as well as the shop estate itself, CEO for William Hill Ralph Topping said that net rev growth should be around 7% for the year 2010...

'This is a strong performance and I am delighted that, in particular, our online business and the gaming machines in or shops continue to see encouraging revenue growth.'

William Hill have gone from strength to strength in recent months, following their merger with online casinos software provider Playtech, as well as award winning TV advertising in the UK following their I Will campaign.
