Online Casinos Expert Buys Bingo Supplier

One of the leading online casinos software suppliers has today added to it's portfolio of companies, by buying leading online bingo supplier Virtue Fusion.

Playtech, supplier to some of the best uk casinos online, has snapped up theur latest company -the third purchase in as many months.

Virtue Fusion is a UK Bingo Site supplier, with more than twenty licensees including Bet365, Ladbrokes, Paddy Power and William Hill - Playtech's main business partner.

The bingo network currently enjoys over six thousand online bingo players at anyone time and the deal will mean Playtech will instantly increase their liquidity by many times over.

A spokesman for Playtech said of the deal...

'We were always recognised as the market leaders in casino and poker and the only missing part for us was bingo. We realised last year that it was the fastest growing part of the industry and that we should be leading the way in online bingo too.'

It is thought that the deal will be for around £30m.
