Online Poker Forums Poke Finger At Pro

There were rumours abound this week on online poker sites forums, as a well known poker pro is accused of a raft of crimes, including blackmail and robbery.

The allegations were made on various message boards, which alledgedly named the culprit as a 23 year old online poker player from Sweden, with a list of crimes including crimes against other Swedish poker players - all awash with money won from one of the best poker rooms online, Poker Stars.

As well as blackmail and robbery, extortion has also been touted with the use of guns.

Whilst the accussed online poker players has not been named yet, it is thought that a Swedish court has ordered his appearance within the next few weeks, where all will be revealed.

A spokesman for neither the court, nor local Swedish police were available for comment at the time of going to press.
