Paddy Power Goes Undercover

One of the best uk casinos and betting companies has announced that one of it's directors will be going undercover for a TV show screened on one of the UK's major channels.

Dublin based betting giants Paddy Power have lined up William Reeves to go behind the scenes to see what makes Paddy's shops, phone centre and customer services tick - all filmed for the Undercover Boss TV show that is on Ch4.

Reeves mission, under the guise of IT tech 'Stuart', will meet shop managers, call centre guys and dial-a-bet staff to see what improvements can be made to the company, which has seen impressive growth in the competitive UK betting app market over the last few years.

His mission brought Reeves face to face with issues such as armed robbery, racial abuse and general customer and staff disatisfaction - which Reeves was then able to report back on to the board and in particular, CEO Patrick Kennedy. Resolutions included more communication, better staff training as well as personal gifts for certain staff.

William Reeves joined the betting firm last year, having been the brains behind the Love Film brand, which he sold back in 2009.
