Portuguese Say Sim to Scratchies Online

A leading online scratchcards specialists has penned a deal with the Portugeuse Lottery, to supply it with a range of online scratchies and instant win games.

Online Scratchies online provider NeoGames has agreed to supply the SCML (Santa Casa de Misericordia), via their more customer friendly brand of Raspadinha. The deal will see retail customers be encouraged to go online to Jogos Sata Casa - their online scratchcard site.

NeoGames will have the pleasure of updating their range of scratchcards to be more localised to the Portugeuse market, all in Portugeuse and of course, branding in keeping with the National Lottery brand - as well as using their vast experiebnce within the scratchcard market to help with promotions, marketing and competitions.

A spokesman for the scratchcard guys said of the deal...

'We strongly believe that the games selected by the lottery, with the assistance and recommendation of NeoGames, and joint marketing efforts will contribute to additional growth in the scratch card segment of Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Lisboa.'

'Localising the games and adjusting the different game parameters to suit the requirements of the lottery is a key factor in their success and this was enabled by the flexibility and openness of our games platform.'

A spokesman for the Portugeuse lottery was equally as delighted with the deal...

'Our fastest growing product segment is scratch cards, and we are therefore excited about adding them to our online offering.'

Online scratchcards are fastly becoming the biggest boon product amongst not only national lottery organisers, but amongst some of the best UK casinos online, including the likes of 32Red, Paddy Power and Gala Casino - whom all offer scratchies online to their customers.
