Hot on the heels of an online poker ad being banned in Germany for being too violent, the same company has now come under scrutiny down under.
London based online poker company PokerStars has had one of it's poker ads censured by the Australian authorities, after they were found to breach regulations when it comes to advertising online poker sites.
Whilst PokerStars has defended it's TV and billboard ads by stating that the dot net address is free to play poker site, the IGA doesn't agree it is a free poker site and has banned both campaigns with immediate effect.
