UK Casino Classic Up For Auction

One of the UK's oldest and best known slots manufacturer is said to be put up for auction in the coming weeks, following an announcement by it's holding company.

Manchester-based casino content provider Barcrest could be sold by IGT, after the parent company carried out a strategic audit of their companies.

What was originally a supplier of fruit machines and slot machines to pubs and clubs the length and breadth of the UK, in recent times they have provided online casino games.

Originally bought from the brewery giant Bass, it is thought Barcrest would be on the Market for around £100m.
