Reports were coming in the this week of probably the most ridiculously stupid, idiotic game of poker that, quelle surprise, went a little bit wrong.

Our friends in the US are to blame for this classic - a game of Bull Poker, that went horribly wrong.

What is Bull Poker, you ask? Well, it is also know as Cowboy Poker is some parts - but Bull Poker is where players sit down at a real poker table, to play a game opf poker - whilst sat in a bull ring with a wild bull causing havoc and mayhem.

The winner? Whomever manages to stay sat down the longest.

Want to add in a joker? Just grab one of the joker cards pinned to the horns of the bull.

So it is no surprise that this ridiculous and down right cruel game of poker resulted in a casualty - one Austin Bottcher, who had a New Years Eve to forget for a very long time.

Playing poker at the table, he managed to keep his cool whilst the bull wasn't keeping his and, after an opponent tried to grab the joker card, was knocked to the ground by the bull and suffered serious hip and leg injuries after being gouged by the bull.

You couldn't make it up.

No one from the organisers of the Bull Poker event, nor contestants were available at the time of going to press, but it is safe to say that none of the best UK online casinos and poker rooms will be offering an online version of the game in the near future.
