The latest study by a gambling data website has shown figures for the online betting and retail market share within the UK - and it seems that William Hill's rise as pick of the pops continues.
Whilst Hills continue to be the big boys of the premier league of UK betting, it is Paddy Power who can claim to be the most improved player, with Ladbrokes and Corals being amongst those whose betting companies who have gone off the boil in recent times.
The study by Gamblingdata.com sees William Hill, under CEO Ralph Toppings stewardship, take first place in the rankings with an estimated 15% market share for retail and online.
Those uk bookies in Champions League spots include betting exchange Betfair, who holds 11% - with bet365 and Paddy Power with 9.5% and 8% market share respectively.
Vying for Europa League glory is Ladbrokes - once the UK's number one bookie with some 7.5% market share, with the likes of Pokerstars, Gamesys, 888, SkyBet, Bwin.Party and Corals making up the top ten.
