As far as the look and feel of Full Tilt Poker goes, it is pretty good for a 2D online poker room. Lobby is easy to navigate, table felts look nice and the avatars are fun. The software runs smoothly, on both Mac and PC,  and the stats available match the best available out there.

You've Got Email...
Customer Support at Full Tilt Poker needs getting used to, as they only deal in email. Whilst this is a bit annoying, I can see why they would do this when you notice from the Full Tilt Poker website that they have a million and one different emails, depending on your problem. It is 24/7 and add to that that they usually respond within half an hour - who else can claim that?
